About Us

Harry Cobb

Harry began his career at a boutique investment bank specialising in mergers and acquisitions in the media, publishing, exhibition and communications sectors. He initiated transactions, assisted in the negotiations and acted as exclusive financial advisers to the vendors during the sale of numerous private companies, generating shareholders over $50M.

Subsequently he created a division for the bank specialising in an advisory and investment role for start-up and early stage companies within the new media, technology and software sectors.

While managing the investee relationships he joined one of the portfolio companies, which subsequently acquired a US-based $12M VC-funded enterprise-level collaborative knowledge management software application.

After returning from the US he returned to investment banking and began working with Henry specialising in the mergers and acquisitions of travel and tourism businesses, specifically with a focus on Africa.
